Current Classes:

Rebel Yoga Studio (Chestnut Hill)- Rebel Strong, Tuesday nights from 6:30 – 7:30pm.
A great way to end the work day, this class is challenging, fun, sweaty, and balanced. Move, experiment, strengthen, lengthen, and breathe away stress, tension, & daily stiffness. Level is Intermediate/Advanced with some fun opportunities to learn arm balances & inversions. I always make an effort to let my classes feel accessible to all – come try it out!
